Computer Reset eBay Sales & Payment Policies

Now that I've won an auction, what do I do next?

Wait... We will send you an Invoice stating the final cost and how to pay usually within 2 business days.
But I'm in a rush ! If this is your situation, please read through the following instructions then call us First before making payment.

How much do I owe?

The amount due is Your Winning Bid Price or the Buy It Now Price in US$ + Shipping & Handling Charge
Many of our auctions include a flat rate Shipping and Handling Charge on the auction page. Exceptions include Internationally shipped items, Heavy and / or Bulky items.
If the item is to be shipped in the Continental USA you may add your winning bid to the ad's described shipping rate for the amount due.
Buyers In Texas - if an item and it is being shipped to an TEXAS address, you must add state sales tax. ( 8.25% of the Total of the item + shipping & handling charges). Texas Sales Tax applies to the item and also to the shipping & handling cost. The Total Amount Due is the Winning Bid + Shipping & Handling Cost + Sales Tax { ( Winning Bid + Shipping & Handling Charge ) x 8.25% ( 0.0825) }.
For International Buyers the shipping cost will be quoted separately due to the greatly variable shipping cost.

Payment by PayPal

When making payment through PayPal, please include the following information:
1 ) Auction Item Number
2 ) Your Complete Shipping Address Street or P.O. Box
Payment MUST be made to account auctions@c-reset.com ( lower case letters only )

Payment by Credit Card ?

We process credit card payments ( Discover, MasterCard and Visa ) directly with you the customer so Call Us or Fax ( Phone & Fax Numbers appear below ) If sending credit card information by Fax we must have your phone number, the billing address, the issuing bank phone number from the back of the card and the 3 digit code on the back of the card in order to accept this form of payment.
We do not accept international buyer credit cards.
We can accept process your Discover, Visa, or MasterCard over the phone at (214) 348-6484.

Payment Personal Check, Business Check or Money Order?

Make checks or postal money orders payable to: Computer Reset
Send payment to: Computer Reset, 9525 Skillman Street, Dallas, TX 75243
Personal or Business checks are held for fifteen (15) business days to clear.
Include your Shipping Address, and Auction Number
Include your email address if you would like to be notified of the tracking number.
No personal or business checks from international buyers.
No Third Party Checks, No Temporary Checks..
No Credit Card Checks ( sorry our bank simply will NOT take them )

Shipment After Payment

If paid by check, shipment will be held for 15 business days for check to clear.
If paid for by Money Order, Credit Card, or PayPal shipment can be expected leave our office usually within two (2) business days after receipt of payment. Additional delay may be necessary for address verifications.
If requested we can send to you by email the tracking number for UPS & Fed Ex shipments.

Non Paying Bidders: Non paying bidders will be given ample notices and opportunity to pay for what they have bought before a non paying bidder notice is filed and fee re-imbursement is requested from eBay.
